Happy Thursday and we are back down to 161 this morning, as I knew I would be. My favorite Levis are huge on me and falling off. They're loose everywhere, kinda funny because they "may" have been too tight at one point. Since I started this particular journey, I've lost 20 pounds from the absolute highest I've been in the past 20 years. Almost to the date. Scary. So, I'm going to focus on the good, keep moving and keep being positive. I have 36 more pounds to go according to the charts, but I think we're going to be more balanced this time and focus on body fat, not weight. With all the hauling I did the past couple of days, I do not want to end up emaciated the way I was the first time. It wasn't me and I wasn't happy. One of the best parts of getting older is that you're able to see some things more clearly than when you were young. I don't want to be a lollipop girl with big hair on a stick of a body. No hate, but it's not me.
