Very happy with loss of 7lbs this week - but will need to work harder for week 2 in order to keep to the losses - week-ends are still difficlt as my husband and i have a social life but will add water to my pub drinking
202.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
