So, I have not recorded my weight in some time. There's a reason for that. I gained a few pounds and I don't want to record it! The Good Friday holiday weekend was a killer for me. I was so so excited to FINALLY weight in the 150's . . . only to go back up to 161. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! I am so frustrated with myself! This morning for the first time since my rip-roaring good weekend, I am back in the 150's. I still weight two and half pounds more than I did, but at least it's starting to go back down. I refuse to post my weight again until I get down under 157.5 - where I was. Does anyone else do this?
