I did good for the Red Ferrari's today! I did the 3 mile "Walk Away the Pounds" and some floor exercises. Amounted to about one hour and twenty minutes! Even when I didn't feel that great!
This is a good challenge for me. I intend to do the same tomorrow. Oh, I used weights for the walk!
