after a very boozy night last night I still seem to have lost a few pounds - quite suprised - must keep moving today to ensure that those extra calories do not find a way to my fat
200.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
