Just got back from the gym and feeling GREAT! I always feel so much better and energised after I've been to the gym. And to top it all off I just won 10 FREE P/T sessions, starting next Friday with my gym for referring someone on!!!! I'm trying to get up to jogging 5K for the Bridge to Brisbane run in August so I'm hoping th P/T can help me reset my goals to include training for that. I've been doing jogging in intervals combined with fast walking and have managed today to get up to jogging 1.5K which is definately the furthest I have ever jogged! LOVE IT!
