I saw that comments have been made about exercise. I don't have the time to dedicate to just exercise. I work. I don't have the time to figure out which of the things equate to what I do. I am a dressmaker. I am on my feet all day. I lift dresses that are upwards of 50lbs. regularly and this is all day. When I am not doing that, I am cleaning my home which is also my work studio.
The weight history is not correct. When I started my diet I was over 170. I am hovering at 160. I want to loose 5lbs. more this month. We will see. 10lbs for one month is a lot.

On this diet, exercise only gives you an edge...the diet itself does most of the work. Congrats on your current weight loss! Dont worry about not exercising; it sounds like you are busy person as it is! If you arent losing weight, reconsider exercise as it speeds up your metabolism, but otherwise, happy losing!
