Morning everyone, well on a weeks holiday in bowness .. this week I know weight will creep on ... but as a friend pointed out yesterday- relax , indulge life is about enjoying yourself?? But when you’ve spent last few months doing great on the get fit journey- just don’t want to blow it 🤔so this week
1 .. no gym 😭
2.. try and stay healthy but have a few treats and enjoy the break ?
3 .. stay calm when I know I’ll mess up 😩

Go and enjoy yourself and rather than usual gym go for some walks or maybe a swim so you stay active you won’t feel so bad in yourself then if you do indulge in occasional treats
