Food entry probably not completely accurate for lunch today. I treated myself and went to an oriental buffet for lunch! I had a small amount of steamed rice vs. the fried rice or the lo mein noodles. Really only had a small amount of stuff that I really like and stopped after that. Dinner will have to be much better! Drinking lots of water again today! Unfortunately, too warm outside again to go walking and then have to come back to the office.
