hello all, im back from a very active vacation called "horse-four-day-walk", where you walk for at least 20 kilometers a day with your horse. well this year the trail was a lot longer then 20, it was 29/28/25/20 i have no idear what i ate, or if it was within my scedule, and i have no idear howmany calories i burned during the tiresome days. eventhough i have been dieting for over 9 months now, i am totally lost without my calorie tracker. today i tracked it all again, and the food intake was spot-on today... lots of housework ofcaurse cleaning up all the junk i took with me on vacation. tomorrow the day of thruth, i will weigh myselve in, come what may, but i fear the worst since i ate whatever was available to me...
we will see...
