Hot flashes, new job, not getting to the gym, overeating on nuts and dairy almost every night for emotional reasons...I'd like to break the cycle.

Good morning Rusalka. We all have our reasons that trigger us to eat those foods that we shouldn't. You already have taken the 1st step in realizing you need to break the cycle. The next step is to find what it is that is causing this, and finding ways in which we can deal with it besides eating. You deserve much more than you are allowing for yourself. You can do it!
