So I went to the doctor's office yesterday for a physical and when she told me my weight was 129 lbs, I was like really?? I lost 2 lbs from my weigh in on Monday and it was Thursday yesterday...So I guess adding the bread in phase 2 is really not making a difference...I'm still losing the weight...I think for the most part because I workout every day and I do my brisk walking every single day and specially now that I'm starting to eat carbs again.. So that's definitely helping a lot...I also think I need to buy a weight thing to weight my protein...I sometimes feel like i'm not eating the 8 oz or actually sometimes i feel like i'm eating more...I don't know how to tell... I mean they tell you that 4 oz is the size of the palm of your hand but what about if it is the size of the palm of your hand in legnth but it's heavier and thick like a chicken breast...How can you tell??
