Hi-I had been asking my nutritionist about a site like this because one helped me stop smoking. I found this and am very glad. My weight effects my asthma and acid reflux. I too have grandchildren -Odin (3) and Io (1) and another due the end of next month. My daughter just got married last May. It is still a struggle for me too, and as we age it gets harder.
