Yay... Lost
a bit this week and now I'm in the 16s again! Weighed a day early as I'm about to spend a few days with family. Let the onslaught of food begin... Going to be difficult calorie counting so I'll have to roughly approximate them.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
