Woke up at 5:30 today for swim practice in the morning. All we did today were aerobic sets. Coach said we won't bedoing any anaerobic sets becausewe have a mee5 on saturday. I didnt try hard because i've got another practice in the afternoon. Right, now i have my first block of the day, write back later!
