Day 12....still going strong! I am so very excited about the weight loss right now...it is just amazing! I can't wait to get to my goal weight and be able to keep it off. That is my goal right now...KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF!!!! Had a subway sandwich last night for dinner....it was free and I was in no mood to cook, but I am ok with that....had them pile on the veggies and had wheat bread, I know it is not allowed in phase II, but oh well, I never claimed to be perfect :-)

Today is a new day....
Breakfast ~ grapefruit and about 32 oz of water.
snack ~ Light & Fit Raspberry Yogurt
Lunch ~ Small piece of chicken and green beans
snack ~ smoothie
Dinner ~ not 100% sure yet, but it will be something good!

My hubby wants to take me out for dinner this weekend to celebrate my loss, I have been so craving PF Chang's....but I know it is not good, so we will see what I finally decide.

Yesterday I made the best salad in the world, and it was very simple. It's oranges, lettuce, soy sauce, and cinnamon. That's it! It was all I had in the kitchen here at work, and boy howdy, was it ever good! And the soy sauce has less calories than salad dressing. It had the right combination of sweet and savory. Try that for a light dinner. Before you go to PF Changs, check this page out: http://www.pfchangs.com/cuisine/menu_main.aspx It has all of their food with the calorie count listed. Know before you go! That way you won't feel bad at all. You could have lighter meals earlier in the day to make up for the food you eat at night. Also, you will know how much longer you will need to work out to make up for your special dinner. In checking out the menu, it looks like this is going to be your best bet: BUDDHA'S FEAST STEAMED Calories: 137 Protein: 9g Carbs: 29g Total Fat: 1.0g Saturated Fat: 0.0g Fiber: 10.00g Ingredients: Asparagus, black mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, carrots, cornstarch, ginger, snap peas.

You are doing amazing and congratulations on you weight lose. Isn't it amazing how great it feels when you start losing the weight and you are not so hard on yourself when you have an off day. And like you say it is lifestyle now so there is no doubt that you will not keep it off. Keep up the good work, you are not that far from your goal. You will reach it.
