Wow! What a great Easter break! And desperately needed. A total break from work, diet and gym. Yes, it was a blow-out. And given the speed and amount of chocolate and starch consumption I was feeling worried (and know that I will have paid a terrible price in weight - will have to wait to see how much exactly, as the scales were broken the gym - I kid you not!) - but it was worth it - not only do I feel much better for rest, sleep and relaxation but I can feel my old drive coming back on the health front too. Great workout at the gym today. So fingers crossed I get back into the swing of it, lose the Easter the weight, and get down to my goal!
