I am supprized with myself. So far I am on track.

Breakfast:
1 1/2 cups cereal - 4 points
1/2 cup skim milk - 1 point


Lunch:
Chicken stir fry - 3 points
1/2 cup rice - 2 points


Snack:
1 cup strawberries - 1 point
ww chocolate cake - 1 point

now the hardest part would be to keep this all up and do well untill dinner and then after dinner, I think I need to pray.

Have you tried Soy Milk? It is good for you once in awhile. I put it on fruit or cereal in the morning and its good. I use the low fat, non-flavored version. But the vanilla is the best for a sweet taste.
