Not much to write about today. Guess I'll at least use this to keep track of which DVD's I've done or what hikes I've gone on. Today was 30 Day Shred, then Power Sculpt 1 & 3, then Cardio Max 1 & 2, and the yoga cool down. Somewhere over 550 calories burned by the time my heart rate came down. Felt strong today, good since my last couple of work outs weren't so hot. Bloated and gross feeling though. Hopefully will drop a couple of pounds sometime in the next few weeks!

I do like the support of those that comment on the journals. I liked that challenge, felt like I was being heard : )
