Note to self: DON'T EAT TOO MANY BAD CARBS!!!

I think I've actually left a similar note to myself in the past. Maybe at some point I'll actually learn...how many times does it take to learn something???

Even if I stay within my caloric limits, I really have to be careful about what I eat because when I eat the bad stuff I just CRAVE it so much and then the difficult cycle starts again. Hard to break it...I will break it...but right now I just want to eat...and junky stuff, too!

I'll just have a very low carb day and it will get me back on track!

No kidding about the carbs, I have noticed that too. I also have noticed that increasing your water intake really helps to curb the food cravings. If I could only follow what I know then it would be all good.

I hear ya sista! I had 2 slices of pizza last night (staying under the limit, of course) and then made myself do an extra 10 minutes in my workout because I felt so guilty about the carbs!

I hate carbs , I am still confused about how they get so high in a day...LOL I swear if this is the carbs in my diet now, and I think my diet is great, I can't even imagine what they must have looked like before!! OMG!!! OH and PS LOVE THE GRAPH, look at it falling!! Keep up the great work!!

Carbs will be the downfall of us all. Well that and sugar.
