First day went good. I'm happy with how well I did. I hit 1538 calories at 6pm so drank a lot of water till bedtime at 10pm. (Had to do laundry so I didn't get to bed as early as usual.) Felt GREAT this morning when I woke up. I felt "lean" and walked around in my bra and underwear for most of the morning as a result of it. LOL (I usually cover myself up asap) Because of the water drinking, I find myself feeling thirsty already this afternoon (12:00pm) and think I'll start that H2O hydration now. Which brings me to a question...do we record how many glasses of water we drink somewhere on here?
