Tonight I have a school even to attend for my daughter. After the ceremony, there will be a gathering and food will be served. There will be veggies, fruit, cheese, crackers and sweets. I'm going to try super hard to have only 1 sweet and fill up on the veggies and only an ounce of cheese. It's going to be really hard! I worked out extra long today, 50 minutes, just to cover myself in case I break lol I've been doing really well this week with exercise and trying to get my eating where it should be; I just don't want to mess that up.

Good Luck, before your event eat a little something so you wont be all that hungry and tempted by the sweets. If you make it through the event with only eating vege's and fruit treat yourself when you get home to a skinny cow ice cream or weight watchers ice cream. This way you get a treat also,. :)

TCHALUPA: I ate 5 small desserts... lol, but hey, I worked out extra and still lost a pound! :) I did have some veggies to when I saw I was going a bit out of control with the sweets... thanks goodness they were very small!
