Feels good to be entering food intake and excercise again. Find I am tempted to snack much less when I have to be accountable (go figure, hee hee!)Funny how I raved about how well the tools work before, but how its been tough getting back to them! All told though, the foundation I built here makes it really hard to just chuck it and go back to my old ways. Even when I am not entering, I cant HELP but be very concious of what I am eating. I cant HELP but jones for excercise when I am not getting enough. I love this site for what it has done for my mind set. I worked hard to lose pounds, and I am not about to kick that hard work in the a$$ Peace buddies
