Blah Sneaky salty foods are the devil! I was so blah over the weekend and still bloated and hurting into Monday night. Finally, after drinking a boat load of water I'm feeling some relief. I really can't eat that crap lol. I also have re-installed Endomondo on my phone. I have a few friends who are using it so I'm thinking that might push me to walk and be active.
