I just read a post someone wrote about drinking a full glass of water before you eat to help fill you up and someone else said they snack on frozen grapes. I can't exercise like most due to health issues, so I will take all the advise and support I can get. I need to loose at least 40 lbs. (I was laid up or in a walking boot for over a yr and then started a desk job so the weight added up very quickly) I am easing back into walking and my elliptical but I have to take it slow due to my hip separation and numerous other back issues that created. Due to all of the injuries, even 5 extra lbs is hard on me. Please, if anyone has advise please share!!! Thank you
