Grrrr, So I am making good progress. Not losing weight but all weekend I hear my wife's girlfriends saying, "Damn Rick,.. You are looking good." ect.. It felt great.. Even heard my wife mumble in a disgruntled tone.. LOL

Then my arm starts bothering me allot so I go to the Doc and he thinks my cross training experience results in tendinitis in my right elbow and gave me a compression wrap and said to take it easy for a few weeks. Well I am not going to lose all my hard work so This week I will focus on legs, abs and cardio and try to get back to arms next week... Getting old sux!!!!

Getting old *does* suck. It is so easy to overtrain. Still, you are making excellent progress and that is what matters.
