Wake up, and do not feel hungry after a 21 hour fast. Instead of making breakfast, I grab my heaviest dumbbells and do a fast exercise till my muscles give in. Still not hungry. Go on the rowing machine and work up a sweat there.

Feel motivated to try for a 24 hour fast, and eat 300g beef mince, 150g bacon, 1/3 stick butter, a slice of seed bread with cheese, two duck eggs, 16 almonds and an inch slice of bell pepper.

Follow up. Feel full, but not drained. 20 minutes after the meal I grab my lightest dumbbells and do a wild arm slinging exercise till the sweat was dripping. When I did huge amounts of vegetables I used to lay down for an hour or two after the meal. Now I sit here feeling very wet from sweat, and wonder what to do next.

Next, do my first full body dry brushing till skin get red. Heard it suppose to firm up the skin. Might take 3 months, but that is a drop of time if it works.
