Wake up, and do not feel hungry after a 21 hour fast. Instead of making breakfast, I grab my heaviest dumbbells and do a fast exercise till my muscles give in. Still not hungry. Go on the rowing machine and work up a sweat there.
Feel motivated to try for a 24 hour fast, and eat 300g beef mince, 150g bacon, 1/3 stick butter, a slice of seed bread with cheese, two duck eggs, 16 almonds and an inch slice of bell pepper.
