Feeling cozy, warm, energetic and unusually happy. The current experiment with protein and fat, and super low carb show promise.
Set full focus on how I feel the hours after eating and tweak the menu accordingly for the next day.
Right now I try to find out how much fat I need to be able to do a comfortable 21 hour fast daily. I try to judge how much fat is in the meat, and use butter to make up for lean meat. I see fat is the key to a comfortable fast.
When I get all this tuned in, I will take the scales from the wardrobe and see how it goes there.
