Loving how I am feeling. I think got the leg cramps managed. Powerade Zero will now be a daily "supplement" for my WOE.
I have been tapped by my company to represent in the annual chili cookoff this evening. I have been tortured by the delectable smell while it cooked overnight. I start with a version of green chile and then morph it into a creamy, white chicken chili. it is really tasty.
Working out is getting easier, too. I am now able to go for longer periods doing cardio and my muscles are responding better to stretching and weights/resistance.
