Calories are high today. Really bad first TOM day. It is a Spike day, but I went over by 300 calories. I will make it up during the week. Or I might just say - one bad day does not define me!

TOM is such a trouble maker!!!! You are right in the "one bad day does not define you" comment! You are making better choices EVERY day, and our goal is to get the good choices to outnumber the bad so out of 3 meals a day 7 days a week, 21 meals per week, your 300 calorie overage is probably just 1 meal out of 21 that you may not have made the best choice. That means your good is still outnumbering your bad!!! :) Hopefully as we go along in this journey our bad choices will get further and further between, and we will learn how to incorporate that into our overall healthy living plan! You are an inspiration to anyone with all the successes you've had so far in this weight loss journey!!!! Keep at it!
