Even though I had two off the rails days last week, I was able to recover for the remainder of the week and end up down 1.2 lbs. I also feel like changing up from the same old thing give ME a break and gives my body a little shakeup.
Lesson to take away. Just because you "have a bad day" doesn't give you a good reason to quit altogether. I have friends who are quick to say, "See, I can't do this" and give up after a bad weekend.
This is the long haul.
