I have been weighing everyday, but decided to skip today and go back to just weighing in once a week. I like that I see the scale moving, but I like seeing a big change in the number that weighing once a week brings.
Woke up early again today for my work out... Yay!
Lunch with my BFF today... she wants to eat Mexican. Mexican food is a hard one for me... I just love the chips and crunchy taco shells. It will be fine. I will have a nice taco salad without the shell or beans...
