OHHHH where to begin, I have not been doing to well on my weight. I didn't gain any weight, but I haven't lost any weight either, which I'm trying to do. Summer is coming up and my anniversary is July 11. I need to lose at least 50 pounds before then, which is kinda impossible considering that July is like 3 months away. Who loses 50 pounds in 3 months. I'm going to get back on my wagon and start again. I will do the summer challenge, and hopefully have my husband do it with me. Wish me luck. Pray for me.

u can do it. all u have to do is drink a protein shake for breakfast, another for lunch and a chicken salad for dinner. u also have to hit the gym hard twice a day. but if u do or dont know that u r beautiful reguardless!
