My goal was to lose 100 lbs gained from taking prednisone. It seemed like an impossible challenge, but I am almost at another milestone; 2 more pounds to go and I've lost 80. I have waited for so long to see the last 20 lbs of this journey. Just say no to net carbs...

Yes, it was hard having a gain, and it took some tough love to stay focused!

Thanks to all of you...although you don't know this, I am in a friendly competition with a few of you. It's been driving me nuts, being stuck for so long...so I will enjoy this moment, in case I don't have another one for awhile!
