I'm finishing up week 12 of p90x but I haven't weighed or measured myself in over a month. I know the reason is because I don't want to get discouraged if I don't see the numbers changed. I weighed myself before and the numbers actually went up though I looked slimmer and got a lot of compliments from various people.

I will go ahead and weigh and measure myself at the end of next week, which is the completion of Round 1 before I go on to the 2nd Round. Hopefully, the numbers will reflect my hard work and if not, I look and feel great and will work harder to achieve this weight lost.
