Kalori defisit dan olahraga.
Aku batasi intake 1300 sd 1400 kalori.
Stop makan gorengan, donat, bolu, brownies, kue2 basah, minuman manis, teh botol, mie.
Pagi bangun pk04.30
Jalan pagi dr 05.00 sd 06.30
Sarapan pk.09 dgn jus buah.
pk.10 oatmeal.
Makan siang spt biasa tapi nasi 1/2 aja.
Malam makan nasi 2 sdk + sayuran + ayam dikit aja.
