Well things are going really good!! I'm trying to hit my goal of 20 pounds this week but i'm not too optimistic...i've already hit 3 this week and that means i have to lose another 2 pounds by friday. I'm going to the gym tonight so maybe i'll wrap my body in garbage bags and wear a parka and sweat it out of me LOL

Your weight loss for the week is still great even if you don't lose the extra 2 pounds. The average wt. loss per week on LAWL is 2 lbs. I don't even average 1 pound a week. Once your thru with your garbage bags, tape up the arm and leg holes and reuse them. Ha! I can only image the looks you would get with your parka and bags at the gym. Who knows, you might start a new trend!:) Andrea

I know this may sound strange but sometimes when you workout, you actually put on lbs. I am only working out two days a week for an hour and 15 minutes with a trainer, and my weight has been going up and down. My center says you don't have to exercise to lose the weight, but I think that is crap...but my body is weird and I gain weight if I am really working out...makes no sense to me, that is I guess why I was heavy my whole life. By the way, you are doing great. I would love to lose what you are every week.
