Guys when you say you are high fat dieting, how many grams what percentage RDI is considered high fat? I have never really subscribed to the low fat mantra, and have pretty much always eaten reasonable amount so I'm not sure of the context.

Anywhere from 20%-35% of fat per day is healthy and fine to do.
