I had to weigh myself 3 times this morning because I couldn't believe my eyes. I lost 5 lbs. yesterday! I am starting to think that a lot of what I gained on vacation was water weight. I am thrilled!

Yes it make sense, 13 pounds is 45,500 calories which works out to an additional 6500 calories a day more than you need.

FOL - when you put it that way, it makes total sense. It's hard for me to imagine what life will be like once I hit my goal weight. I still have a lot to learn about what I can and cannot eat to maintain a healthy body.

I want to buy a pedometer but funds are so tight right now. I just spent over $600 trying to figure out why my dog is so sick. Now it turns out that it is going to require surgery but there is a question of whether she would even survive a surgery because of how old and frail she is. I have been working from home to watch over her. I have no kids so she is my baby. This is really hard on me.
