Feel stronger. I know I'm stronger, I bumped up all my weights this week by 5 lbs. I'm slowly seeing my body change but not seeing my weight change. I assume I'm trading lean muscle for fat, which is good but I need to track BF%. I'm impatient. . . (don't take the foot off the gas, Justin).
210.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
