I'm not doing as well with exercise as I'd like -- only three times a week instead of four or more. I think this week will get me four times.
Work's a bitch, and I always respond to stress with food and/or alcohol. Why, oh why can't I respond with a good workout? I'll try that this week maybe.

You may want to consider taking a yoga course. It can really help with stress as it teaches you breathing techniques that can help you cope. Workouts are good stress-busters too, but I think that you may be able to use some of the yoga principles at work to help you deal with the stress when you are experiencing it. Good luck!

Yoga is fantastic for stress. Over the holidays, I missed the odd day or two (I do it 3x a week) and I felt the difference of not going.
In fact, Xmas Eve we were holding a big party and that morning, hubby knew I was stressed to the max and refused to get out of bed until I promised to go to my Yoga class. It worked WONDERS!
