I was very anxious and feeling very out of control regarding JCB. I decided on a novel solution to attempt to approach the problem from a few different angles. the flexibility was relieving & the approach is still orderly.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
