Just kind of waiting to let my body adjust to eatting this way before I hit the gym with a vengeance!! Lost 5 lbs in 5 days so far... feeling great and can't wait to get to see those results!!

Once the gym time starts, it will be interesting... In the past I've made some big mistakes with protein shakes and pre work out drink mixes that have sabotaged my weight loss... This time I'm going to ignore the conventional wisdom and just eat like I am now.

Thus far this experiment is going exactly how I had hoped!!!

Still kind of irritated about the food logging not showing net carb intake... but I guess I'll just ignore it...it's still good to log my total carb intake and protein...

Go into "my account" and towards the bottom you can choose to record net carbs. You get to choose five or six things that you want to track on your diet calendar and net carbs is one of the choices. Let me know if that helps.
