last year lost 40 pounds in 3 months with natural diet. put on 30 back again in 2 months by eating junk :( .. now trying best to loose again ,, and having 500-600 calories evryday :)started monday 28th may 2012 and lost 6 pounds till now :)

I'm glad you have decided to try again, good for you. If you want to take it off and keep it off, I really recommend that you eat at least 1200 calories a day. Your body needs that much just to function properly. I found that if I exercise more, I have to eat more or else I won't lose cause my body will hold onto everything it's got. It's been interesting finding that balance. I wish you the best of success!!

thankyou so much for ur support .. yes i forgot to mention here i go to gym aswell 4-5 days atleast for 1 1/2 hr .. i also took personal training aswell ddnt wrk :( buh rather than taking those sessions i prefer regular gym :)

500-600 calories is way too low - I agree with Ayngel. It is not healthy to go below 1000 a day for consecutive days.

I'M ON ACTUALLY SPECIAL DIET HCG DROPS. SO FOR DAT YOU CANNOT EAT MORE THAN 500 CALORIES A DAY .
