So day one of phase two is coming to a close and I added a South Beach breakfast bar and some fruit to the mix. Well, the breakfast bar because I am not too excited about eating many more eggs, lol. Okay kids... time to wrap it up and head home for dinner!

Phase 2 is great and we love the idea of adding some foods back, but I do agree with veggies yuk. If you add too much too quickly, you'll find yourself geting down about how little you are losing. When it's my time for Phase 2, I'm planning on only allowing one meal to come from Phase 2. This way, I'll still see progress occuring and benefit from my hard work on Phase 1. Drink tons of water.
