I cannot believe I have went so long not realizing that my calorie in and energy out is the issue of my weight. I realize I must choose healthy choices for my health. That has never been the issue. The issue for me is portion control. Bottom line if I don't eat healthy AND watch my calories I am going to feel bad and gain weight. Now to keep it right for the rest of my life. No more fad diets for me. They don't work.
