Today was Week 1, Day 2 of my Couch-to-5K program. I actually started walking/jogging last week, and it was sooooo hard! I hated every minute of it, but I felt good afterward. I can't believe how much I've improved already! Last week I couldn't breathe after running even just a tiny distance. Today, breathing wasn't a problem. I have one more day at this level, and then next week it moves up slightly. I really hope I can stick with this! It's starts off so easy and slowly moves up in difficulty, so I think I should be able to do this!
