Today was the treadmill and the amount of time was 40 minutes and running for a bit. I incresed my speed to 3.7 on the tread and 4.0 running. I ran for 2, 2, 3 and 3. The first run was at 3.7. Was challenged by one of the guys in the gym to increase my speed and i am. now i need to increase my heart rate so i can do more on the tread and elipitical. tomorrow is elip and i might do 15 minutes at hime.

talked my self out of what-a-buger since it was a long walk but the sandwich is not that bad and if i share it with one of the kids its even better so i can have a salad with it.
