Today is my first day using this site... Thanks to my little brother who sent me an invite yesterday.
So far it's pretty cool, although the food entry section is a little buggy...
I'm logging my food, like a boss, in the hopes of keeping a good eye on what I'm doing or may be doing wrong.
Really really hoping to stick with my program this time so I can see those results I've been hoping for!!
More on the food logging issues... It doesn't seem very good for recording Atkins style dieting...it only considers total carbs, doesn't take into account net carbs being the carbs minus the fiber...dumb. For Example my daily food intake shows 32 grams of carbs, but if you subtract the fiber content I'm right on the money at 20grams of carbs... Maybe nit picky but it matters to me to be accurate for the purposes of this process.
