I have been trying to keep away from the ready meals and have been doing all home prepared fresh and wholesome. But it is tonnes of work and lots of preparation. So after 6 /7 weeks of being pretty on track, I crashed and burned this weekend with wine pizza and pork pies. There was quite a bit of socialising, and I just wasn't prepared for eating beforehand, big fail and lesson learned. I was afraid to look at the scales this morning. I'm sure I have been set back, will work up the courage tomorrow :(
